How I work
Part of the team. I join an existing team and help: I find where users struggle and the path that leads them there, agree which business goals and KPIs a task must move, and track them.
Research, both kinds. Interviews, user testing, outreach to people who dropped out and questionnaires, plus analytics I set up myself (Amplitude, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity) to see drop-off by step. I agree the business KPI with the team before designing and check it after launch.
AI in my workflow. Claude Code and Figma Make for prototypes and real flows; I have designed AI features too (AIceberg).
Progressive web apps. I have also designed progressive web apps (installable, usable offline) for a document-signing product and a fintech product; both are under NDA.
E-commerce marketing automation SaaS · Email and SMS
Designing email and SMS automation for online stores
My role
Problem
Store owners needed to run email and SMS campaigns that bring back sales, without becoming marketing experts.
What I did
- Designed automation flows: triggers, conditions, actions, cart recovery and win-back
- Designed a funnel builder for on-site popups, with a publish checklist that catches missing setup before launch.
- Designed the email editor around the limits of a third-party WYSIWYG
- Designed analytics dashboards and campaign controls
- Designed checkout and payment pages
- Prototyped features in Figma and Figma Make and tested them with users before handoff
Enterprise SaaS · AI security · Complex workflows
A visual workflow editor for AI agents
My role
What I did
- Designed every page, flow and dashboard iteration of a platform for testing, monitoring and validating the security of AI agents
- Designed a visual workflow editor that connects customers' AI agents to internal business tools (including SAP), with security checks, approvals and consents built in
- Planned and ran tests of dashboard iterations with clients together with the product owner
- Led design-to-development sync and handoff
- Wrote clear explanations for non-technical users

My role
Result
Consumer mobile app (iOS and Android) · Onboarding · Design system
Onboarding from 8 steps to 3, on a design system built for the brand
What I did
- Researched where new users dropped off: drop-off by step, outreach to people who left, questionnaires
- Redesigned onboarding: Google/Apple sign-in, username only
- Built the design system on top of Material UI, styled to the brand
- Set up Figma-to-Jira handoff
- Accessibility: scalable text, good contrast
Design systems
Design systems developers can build from
My role
I build design systems structured as atoms, molecules and larger reusable components used across the whole product. Every state is covered, tokens are linked to Figma variables, and the handoff structure is built on tokens, so developers know exactly what to use.
Close to engineers
I started in front-end, so I design with implementation in mind: I keep an eye on what makes developers' work easier, reuse components instead of inventing new ones, and keep the system cohesive.
At Cinnamon I built a design-to-dev handoff process with the tech leads that the agency adopted across projects.
