Website development
Websites that sell, connected to the systems you already use
I design and build websites and web apps end to end: content, booking and pricing flows, integrations with your tools, and tracking from day one, so you know what works.
- 3x profit for a rental business after a new website, booking system and campaigns

How I build
Your data, pulled in automatically. Products, listings or bookings come from your system's API, so nobody copies data by hand.
Your content on top. You edit texts, photos and materials in a simple editor; imports never overwrite them.
Flows that guide people. Multi-step forms and configurators that follow your rules (dates, seasons, options, prices).
Straight into your tools. Enquiries land in your CRM (e.g. HubSpot) or inbox with everything filled in, plus a confirmation for the customer.
Measured from day one. Events and funnels show where people drop off, so improvements are based on data.

My role
Yacht charter · Website + booking
Selling the sailing experience, not the spec sheet
A one-page site for a sailboat with skipper, built in Framer around storytelling and strong imagery, with a third-party booking system integrated instead of building booking from scratch.

My role
Result
Hospitality · Website, bookings, growth
From Google Maps listings to 3x profit
Problem
Guests came only from Google Maps, a local listing site and a Booking.com profile that did not convert.
What I did
- Built the website
- Set up a booking management tool with online booking
- Connected it to Airbnb and Booking.com
- Ran campaigns on all channels and created Instagram
- Built feedback emails that guide guests to leave reviews
- Built a loyalty system for returning guests

My role
E-commerce · WooCommerce + POS
A builders' merchant turned into a working online shop
A WooCommerce shop for a building-materials yard, integrated with the shop's POS system so products and the shop data stay in sync.
Healthcare · Website + custom CMS
A calm, modern site the clinic can edit itself
My role
Clear treatments, easy booking, and custom content types so the team updates treatments and pages without a developer. Recently relaunched.

Complex workflows
Turning complex rules into simple steps
Almost two years designing an enterprise platform with a visual workflow editor, rules, approvals and integrations with tools like SAP (AIceberg), and an automation builder for e-commerce campaigns with triggers, conditions and actions (Carts Guru). The same thinking goes into any booking or pricing flow: complex rules behind, simple choices in front.

My role
Analytics implementation
Finding out how visitors actually converted
Problem
The team had a website and Google Analytics but no view of how visitors became leads.
What I did
- Audited the existing analytics setup
- Defined the events worth tracking
- Set up events and funnels through Google Tag Manager, plus Microsoft Clarity
- Made the full path from first visit to lead to customer visible
Key decision
Event tracking and Clarity the team owns, instead of paid agency reports.
Result
For the first time, the team could see the full path from first visit to customer, and where people dropped off.
